The mental health system in the US is broken, with access to high-quality care being one of the main contributors to the flawed approach. According to a 2021 survey from the Conference Board, every 8 in 10 workers are concerned about their mental health, 57% said their mental health has degraded since the start of the pandemic, and 54% of respondents felt their organization’s health and benefits initiatives to support their well-being are not effective.

While most companies offer an EAP, many individuals need comprehensive mental health services above and beyond what is offered through their EAP.
